A powerful magical explosion has left the veil between Telara and other planar dimensions thin and torn. Treacherous and powerful, rifts can occur when two planes intersect, allowing passage between different dimensions. Planar rifts may grant otherworldly power to those brave enough to seize them, or they may be the doorways to invasion.
